What are the different ways to take CBD?

We have already taken a look at CBD, how it works, its benefits, and the legality of it in this blog, so now we're going to discuss the different ways you can consume it.

CBD oils

CBD oils are the most common form of CBD and are often taken via a drop...per (or a tincture) under the tongue. Carrier oils, such as coconut, MCT, or hemp seed oil are often used for the CBD. The tinctures are often mixed with other ingredients such as vinegar, ethanol, or some type of flavoring. 

CBD edibles

You've likely heard of pot brownies. This is the same idea but without the THC. CBD can be added to food. You can even add it to meals yourself! 

The oils and tinctures we previously mentioned can be added to coffee, baked goods, smoothies, and more. Make sure to watch how high your heat gets, as the oils can become not so tasty if overheated.

CBD lotions and creams

CBD vaporizers

You can inhale CBD by using a vape. The vape heats up concentrated CBD that can be inhaled. When inhaled, the CBD will be absorbed through your lungs, creating an immediate impact. This is the quickest way to get CBD into your bloodstream, but, is effective for the least amount of time.
