Extreme Ownership Muster - Kill Cliff

Extreme Ownership Muster

The US Navy SEALS produce some of the best leaders in the world, and now you have a chance to spend a weekend learning from multiple highly decorated SEALS.

The Extreme Ownership Muster will be held over two weekends: May 17-18 in Washington D.C. and October 17-18 in San Francisco, CA.

This event is an intensive leadership training course, designed to equip attendees with the tools needed to build high performance, winning teams. Jocko Willink, Leif Babin, and the Echelon Front Team teach combat leadership techniques and how to apply these principles in business and life. Even more profound are the opportunities to engage with other highly motivated individuals and leaders in EVERY capacity.

"The biggest takeaway that you can have from this is looking yourself in the mirror and thinking, 'Where can I do better?'" Babin said. "Taking ownership instead of blaming others, finding excuses, or maybe even denying that problems exist ... And a lot of that is about checking your ego."

Co-authors of the #1 Best Selling Book, "Extreme Ownership: How U.S. Navy SEALs Lead and Win", Jocko Willink and Leif Babin are highly decorated Navy SEAL Officers who successfully led SEALs on the battlefield, then built and ran SEAL leadership training for the next generation of SEALs. Upon Jocko’s retirement and Leif’s departure from active duty, they formed Echelon Front to teach these same leadership principles to others who want to build their own high-performance teams.

"Anybody who tells you that a two-day conference, you're going to turn into the General Patton of leadership, they're not telling you the truth," Willink said. "But you can learn the fundamentals, you can absolutely understand the fundamentals. And then you can go back into your world, you can continue to try and develop what you learned, and you can absolutely improve your leadership competency and capability."
