Weightlifter and CrossFit athlete who became one of the strongest competitors in functional fitness. He's best known for his second place finish at the 2014 Reebox CrossFit Games after famously deadlifting 655 lb. He's a former collegiate football player and owner of his own CrossFit gym called QTown. In 2016, he became the only individual male athlete to clear the deadlift ladder in Aromas. He's based in Quincy, Illinois with his wife Jennifer Dancer. They partnered with the Area 11 Special Olympics program to offer training for those with special needs.
