Kill Cliff Ambassador Program Terms and Conditions

By participating in the Kill Cliff Ambassador Program Kill Cliff Klub, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. These Terms apply to all ambassadors and participants in the Program.
1. Eligibility
To participate in the Program, you must:
  • Be at least 18 years of age.
  • Have a valid email address and social media account(s).
  • Agree to the Terms and Conditions outlined in this document.
  • Be located in a country where Kill Cliff products are available for shipping.
We reserve the right to reject any application at our sole discretion.
2. How the Program Works
As a Kill Cliff Ambassador, you will receive a unique referral link that you can share with your followers, friends, and family. When someone uses your referral link to make a purchase, you will earn a commission based on the following commission structure:
  • Entry Tier: 15% commission on each sale.
  • Tier 1: 20% commission after reaching 10 sales.
  • Tier 2: 25% commission after reaching 99 sales.
  • Tier 3: 30% commission after reaching 100+ sales.
Commissions will be paid to ambassadors based on successful sales tracked through your unique referral link.
3. Discount for Referrals
As part of the Program, your referral link will provide a 15% discount to the person making a purchase using your link. The discount applies to their first order and cannot be combined with other promotions or offers.
4. Commissions and Payments
  • Commissions are earned when a customer makes a purchase through your referral link.
  • Commissions are paid monthly, within 14 days after the end of each calendar month.
  • Payments will be made via [Tremendous, e.g., PayPal, bank transfer, etc.].
  • Kill Cliff reserves the right to withhold payment if there are any fraudulent activities detected or if a sale is later refunded or canceled.
5. Program Tiers and Advancement
Ambassadors can advance through the Program's tiers by reaching the required sales thresholds. The tier structure is as follows:
  • Entry Tier: Available upon joining.
  • Tier 1: Unlockable after 10 sales.
  • Tier 2: Unlockable after 99 sales.
  • Tier 3: Unlockable after 100+ sales.
Advancement to a higher tier will result in higher commissions. Kill Cliff reserves the right to update the tier thresholds at its discretion.
6. Responsibilities of Ambassadors
As an Ambassador, you agree to:
  • Act in accordance with Kill Cliff’s values and brand guidelines.
  • Share your referral link in a manner that is respectful, truthful, and complies with applicable advertising and marketing laws.
  • Not engage in any activity that could damage Kill Cliff’s reputation or violate any applicable laws, including spamming, misleading claims, or impersonation.
7. Termination of Participation
Kill Cliff reserves the right to terminate your participation in the Program at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. Reasons for termination may include but are not limited to:
  • Violation of these Terms.
  • Engaging in fraudulent activities.
  • Misleading or unethical marketing practices.
  • Negative impact on the Kill Cliff brand.
Upon termination, you will no longer be eligible for commissions or benefits associated with the Program.
8. Program Modifications
Kill Cliff reserves the right to modify or cancel the Program at any time. Any changes to the Program, including but not limited to the commission structure or discount terms, will be communicated to you via email or through updates on the Program's landing page.
9. Liability
Kill Cliff will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your participation in the Program. This includes damages arising from errors or interruptions in the service or from the use or inability to use the Program.
10. Intellectual Property
You acknowledge that all content, trademarks, and other intellectual property related to Kill Cliff are the property of Kill Cliff. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Kill Cliff’s branding and assets for the purpose of promoting the Program, subject to the guidelines and approvals provided by Kill Cliff.
11. Privacy and Data Collection
By participating in the Program, you agree to the collection and use of your personal data in accordance with Kill Cliff’s privacy policy. This may include your name, email, and sales data necessary to track and process your commissions.
12. Governing Law
