8Kill Cliff Contest Terms and Conditions for the Kill Cliff 1-Year Supply Giveaway
1. Eligibility
This contest is open to legal residents of the US who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
2. How to Enter
No purchase necessary to enter or win. To enter the contest, submit your email address through the provided form on the contest landing page.
3. Contest Period
The contest begins on October 18th and ends on October 31st 1 PM EST, 2024.
4. Prize Selection
Winners will be chosen randomly on October 31th, 2024. The winners will be announced on the contest landing page and notified via email to the address provided during entry. Winners will have 10 days from the time of notice to respond and claim their prize.
5. Prizes
- Grand Prize (1 winner): A coupon code redeemable for 1 case per month for 12 months, winner's choice of flavor.
- Second Place (1 winners): A coupon code redeemable for 3 free cases, winner's choice of flavor.
- Runner Up (3 winners): A coupon code redeemable for 1 free case, winner's choice of flavor.
All prizes include free shipping.
6. Prize Redemption
Winners will receive their coupon codes via email. Coupon codes must be redeemed through the Kill Cliff website.
7. Consent to Receive Marketing Communications
By entering this contest, you agree to receive marketing communications from Kill Cliff. You may unsubscribe from these communications at any time.
8. Limitation of Liability
By entering, all participants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless Kill Cliff and its partners, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, agents and their employees, officers, directors, and representatives from any claims, losses, and damages arising out of their participation in this contest.
9. Additional Terms
Kill Cliff reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the contest, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Kill Cliff's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the contest.
10. Governing Law
All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Georgia.
